Villa K340 is located in Vroondaal, situated in Madestein, a beautiful natural and recreational area adjacent to the dunes and the beaches near The Hague in The Netherlands. Vroondaal has several designated "residential atmospheres" from a planning perspective. K340 is situated in the residential atmosphere called "De Hoogte," where modern villas are allowed to be built in a landscape of artificially constructed hills.
Villa K340, blending seamlessly into the elevated landscape of "De Hoogte" in Vroondaal, exemplifies a modern design language while harmonizing with its unique topographical setting. The villa’s architecture is thoughtfully integrated with the area's rolling, man-made hills, offering sweeping views of the surrounding natural and recreational areas.
I redesigned this project using 3ds Max, bringing out its clean lines and sophisticated form while enhancing the villa’s connection to the scenic landscape through precise detailing and realistic textures. This redesign captures the essence of modern luxury and elevates its appeal within the unique ambiance of Vroondaal’s distinct residential atmosphere.
